Shipping policy
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (when available).
Orders cannot be modified, canceled, or updated once processing has begun.
Delivery Time
Estimated delivery time is 7–12 business days after shipment.
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Delays may occur due to:
• International customs procedures
• Local postal services
• Carrier disruptions
• Weather events
• High seasonal demand
• Events outside our reasonable control
We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by third-party carriers or customs authorities.
Shipping Fees
We offer free standard shipping on all eligible orders.
Free shipping does not include expedited delivery unless explicitly stated.
We reserve the right to modify or withdraw shipping promotions at any time.

We reserve the right to limit or refuse shipments to certain regions at our discretion.
Customs, Duties & Import Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, VAT, import taxes, or additional fees imposed by the destination country.
These charges:
• Are not included in the purchase price
• Are the sole responsibility of the customer
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance processes.
Failure to pay customs fees may result in the package being returned or destroyed by local authorities. In such cases, shipping costs are non-refundable.
Incorrect Address & Delivery Issues
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.
We are not responsible for:
• Orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses
• Packages returned due to incomplete or invalid addresses
If a package is returned due to customer error, reshipping fees may apply.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, responsibility transfers to the customer.
We are not liable for lost or stolen packages after confirmed delivery.
If a package is lost in transit (before delivery confirmation), customers must contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date so we can initiate an investigation with the carrier.
Carrier investigations may take several business days to complete.
Damaged Items During Shipping
If your order arrives damaged:
• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
• Provide clear photos of the item and packaging
• Include your order number
Claims submitted outside this timeframe may not be eligible for resolution.
Refused or Unclaimed Shipments
If a shipment is refused or unclaimed and returned to us:
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable
• Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment
Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or failure to deliver due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, governmental actions, pandemics, or carrier disruptions.
