15-Day Return Window
We offer a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
• Unused and in original condition
• In original packaging
• Accompanied by proof of purchase

Items sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Custom & Personalized Items (Important)
Due to the personalized nature of our products, custom and made-to-order items are non-refundable and non-returnable, unless:
• The item arrives damaged
• There is a manufacturing defect
• You received the wrong item
By placing an order for a personalized product, you acknowledge and agree to this condition.
Damages & Incorrect Orders
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
• Your order number
• Clear photos of the issue
• Photos of packaging (if damaged in transit)
We will evaluate the case and provide an appropriate resolution (replacement or refund).
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on:
• Personalized or custom-made products
• Sale or discounted items
• Gift cards
• Perishable goods
• Personal care products
• Hazardous materials
Exchanges
Because each piece is made to order, we do not offer direct exchanges.
If eligible, approved returns must be completed before placing a new order.
European Union – 14 Day Cooling-Off Period
For orders shipped to the European Union, customers have the right to cancel within 14 days, in accordance with EU consumer law.
However, this right does not apply to:
Personalized or custom-made products created specifically for you.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note:
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective or incorrect.
• Financial institutions may require additional processing time.
